Come to paint, explore and enjoy Holland with a small group of artists.  This small country has so much beauty and culture to offer that this workshop will be longer than most and must be based in two different locations.  We will stay in Edam, a small city in North Holland for 5 nights, followed by 4 nights in Delft, located in South Holland.  Well-known artist and instructor, Kenn Backhaus will teach for 4 days and mentor for 2 additional days.  Kenn will work individually with participants to help further develop their individual style.  He will identify their strong and weak points, building on the strengths and helping them to overcome the weaknesses.  The format of the class is to paint on location with Kenn who will teach through lecture and/or demonstration.

In addition to 6 full painting days, students can warm-up with a half-day of painting in Edam upon arrival.  There are 2 free days for visits to Den Haag, Amsterdam or numerous other cities, easily and quickly accessible by public transportation.
